I was traveling with my family this week, so I didn’t get much writing done. Turns out: herding a three-year-old and a four-month-old cross country is a bit of a time-suck. Who knew? In my fleeting down time, I did pass notes to a few artists working on The Divine Heretic, Tales of Ciel, and The Compact Cycle. I also spent a little more time grinding through the last round of edits on The Politics of Fear.
What Lies Between continues to lie somewhere between “Once upon a time” and “The end”. I get back to my desk 1/5 and should be able to put some more concerted time into wrapping up the sequel to Seven Days of Mercy. I’m not worried about hitting my deadlines for the May release–at least, not yet. Thankfully, the art is already finished and the series editor is fast.
